Özet
The purpose of this paper is to show the impossibility of timely vaccination of children - migrants who are subject to mandatory immunization. ln Macedonia, as in every country there is a calendar of compulsory vaccination. Children migrants transiting in the country due to the short period of residence not subject to the control of immunization and as such are at high risk of getting infecIious diseases if not timely immunized. Views migrants do volunteer doctors if there is an outbreak or risk of symptoms of infectious disease. However, as measures to prevent the country has not yet introduced a program to control the coverage of children with vaccination and as such they represent a potential risk for carriers of infectious diseases.
