Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, insanın davranışlarının önemli belirleyicilerinden biri olan motivasyon ile akademik başarı arasındaki ilişkiye dair araştırmaları incelemektedir. Üniversite eğitimi dönemi, öğrencilerin mesleki ve kişilik gelişimleri bakımından en verimli olabilecekleri dönemlerden biridir. Bu çalışmaların, öğrencilerin akademik başarılarında önemli rol oynayan motivasyon ve öz-güvenlerine yönelik araştırmalara öncülük etmesi umulmaktadır.
The aim of this study is to examine the reliationship between motivation and academic achievement researches which is one of the important determinants of human behaviours. University education period is one of the terms which students can be most effective with respect to their occupational and personality developments. This study is expected to lead research on motivation and self-confidence of students which plays important role in academic achievement.
