dc.description.abstractMemenin granüler hücreli tümörüne tüm granüler hücreli tümörler arasında %6 oranında rastlanmaktadır. Genelde benign seyirli olan bu tümörlerin önceleri myoepitelial orijinli olabileceği ileri sürülmüştür. 28 yaşında bir hastada sol memedeki palpabl kitlenin total eksizyonu sonrası saptanan bir granüler hücreli tümör takdim edilmiş ve olgu ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir. Son üç aydır sol memesinde ele gelen kitle nedeni ile yapılan ultrasonografide klasik meme kitlesi dışında yorumlanan ve hastanemiz radyoloji bölümünde intra mamarian lenf nodu olarak rapor edilen olgunun palpabl kitlesi total olarak eksize edilmiş, frozen ile ameliyat esnasında kararı verilememiş ve patolojinin rutin takibinde “granular cell tm”olarak sonuçlandırılmıştır. Çapı 1 cm olan bu tümörde S-100 proteninin pozitifliği gözlenmiştir. en_US
dc.description.abstractGranular cell tumors of the breast constitute 6% of all granular cell tumors. It has been asserted that these tumors, which are usually benign, most likely originate as myoepithelial cells. This paper introduces the case of a 28 year old female patient where a granular cell tumor was found as a result of the total excision of a palpable mass on the left breast. Literature related to the case was reviewed. The ultrasound screening due to a lump that could be felt on the left breast for the last three months revealed an irregular growth reported as intramammary lymph node by our hospital's radiology department. Total excision was applied to the palpable mass; frozen section was inconclusive during surgery, however routine pathology concluded the mass to be “granular cell tumour”. As S-100 protein found in 1 cm diameter tumour was observed to be positive.en_US
