dc.description.abstractYalın ve Çevik üretim günümüz dünyasında kabul gören, işletme süreçlerinde ayrı ayrı ya da birlikte kullanılabilen, en önemli ve geçerli üretim stratejileridir. İşletmelerin bu süreçte cevap aradığı konuların başında kullanılan bu stratejileri, ne derece süreçlerine uyarlayabildiklerini tespit edememeleri gelmektedir. Endüstride bu anlamda, herkes tarafından kabul görmüş ve uygulanan bir değerlendirme sistemi tam anlamıyla mevcut değildir. Bu çalışmada, firmaların yalın ve çeviklik kriterleri doğrultusunda mevcut durumlarını analiz edip, nerelerde eksikleri olduğunu anlamalarına ve iyileştirme yol haritalarını çıkarabilmeleri konusunda destek olabilecek bir değerlendirme (Assesment) modeli geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Modelde kullanılan kriterlerin seçimi için dematel, ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi için Bulanık AHP metotlarından faydalanılmıştır. Modelin, güvenirlik testi ise gerçek bir uygulama ile yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractLean and agile manufacturing are the most important and valid production strategies that are accepted in today's World. They can be used separately or together in business processes. The head of the issues, which companies seek, an answer is that the companies cannot detect what extend these used strategies adept their processes. In this sense, there is not available an evaluation system which was accepted and applied by everyone in industry. In this study, an assessment model was tried to develop in order to support them to analyze the current situation of the companies, understand the missing and set a course for improvements in the direction of lean and agile criteria. Dematel method was applied for selection of criteria in model; Fuzzy AHP methods were used in order to specify the criteria weights. Reliability test of the model was done with an actual application.en_US
