Özet
Farklı inkübasyon sürelerinde immatür ve matür insan oositlerinde, spermiumun zona pellusida (ZP)'ya penetrasyonu, sitoplazmaya inkorporasyonu ve kromatin dekondansasyonunun incelenmesi amaçlandı.182 immatür (PI), 208 intermediate (MI), 194 matür (MII) olmak üzere toplam 584 insan oositi kullanıldı. Toplanan oositler oosit maturasyon indeksi (OMI)'ndeki parametreler kullanılarak olgunluk derecelerine göre ayrıldı. Döllenmemiş insan oositinde mayotik statüsüne göre 48-72 saat sonundaki oositlerde spermiumun lokalizasyonu değerlendirildi ve fotoğraflandı. Matür oositlerde spermiumun ZP'ya penetrasyonu, ooplazmaya inkorporasyonu ve dekondansasyonu oranı daha yüksek bulundu.
In this study we aimed to evaluate; the penetration of spermium into zona pellucida (ZP), its incorporation into ooplasm and chromatin decondensation for mature and immature human oocytes at various incubation times. Total number of 584 human oocytes were used in the study. 182 oocytes were immature (PI), 208 oocytes were intermediate (MI) and 194 were mature (MII) oocytes. Collected oocytes were separated into different maturation groups according to parameters in oocyte maturation index (OMI). Unfertilized human oocytes with respect to their meiotic phase were evaluated according to oocyte-spermium localization after 48-72 hours and then polaroid photos were taken. In conclusion, penetration of spermium into ZP, incorporation into ooplasm and decondensation rates were found to be higher in mature oocytes.
