dc.description.abstractAkut pankreatit(AP), patofizyolojisi tam bilinmeyen, ülkemizde ve dünya genelinde en sık nedenleri safra kesesi taşları (%80) ve alkol kullanımı olan inflamatuar bir hastalıktır. AP gebelerde özellikle üçüncü trimesterde veya erken postpartum dönemde görülür ve gebelikte de en sık neden (%70 oranında) safra taşlarıdır. Daha önce bilinen diyabeti olmayan şiddetli akut biliyer pankreatit sonucu, ketoasidoz tablosu gelişen sekonder diyabet gelişen gebe olgusu sunulmuştur. en_US
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY: Acute pancreatitis (AP) is an inflammatory disease of unknown pathophysiology, the most common causes of which, in our country and around the world, are gallstones (80%) and alcohol use. AP can be seen in pregnant women, especially in the third trimester or in the early postpartum period, and the most common cause (70%) for AP in pregnancy is gallstones. We present a case a pregnant woman who developed ketoacidosis and secondary diabetes as a result of severe acute biliary pancreatitis, despite not having been diagnosed with diabetes before.en_US
