Ahmet Midhat Efendi'nin iktisadi görüşleri ile o dönemin iktisat politikalarının uyumu

Bu tezde, Ahmet Midhat'ın iktisadi görüşleri ile yaşadığı dönemde Osmanlı'da uygulanan iktisat politikalarının uyumu araştırılmaktadır. Bu anlamda Ahmet Midhat'ın "Sevda-yı Sa'y-ı ve Amel", iki ciltlik "Üssü'l İnkılap", "İktisat Metinleri", "Felatun Bey ve Rakım Efendi", "Teşrik-i Mesai, Taksim-i Mesai" ve "Menfa" başta olmak eserleri birinci elden incelenmiştir. Böylelikle Ahmet Midhat'ın yaşadığı toplumun sosyal, siyasal ve iktisadi açıdan içerisinde bulunduğu bunalımı nasıl algıladığını ve bu bunalımdan çıkabilmek adına nasıl bir insan tipolojisi arzuladığını ve ne tür iktisat politikalarını önerdiğini müşahede etmek mümkün olmuştur. Ahmet Midhat, yerli sanayi ve hür teşebbüsün desteklendiği bir korumacılık anlayışını liberalizmi savunanların karşısına çıkarmış ve milli iktisat yolunun açılması kaydıyla toplumun sosyo-ekonomik gelişiminin mümkün olacağını ileri sürmüştür. Midhat, yerli sanayinin ve ticaretin arzu edilen seviyeye çıkarılabilmesi için çalışkan, tasarrufkâr insan modelini öngörmüş ve eserlerinde bu insan modelini işleyerek çalışma fikrini topluma aşılamaya çalışmıştır.

In this thesis, Ahmet Midhat period where the economic views are being studied by the adaptation of economic policies in the Ottoman Empire. In this meaning, Ahmet Midhat's "Sevda -yı Sa'y-ı and Amel" , the two books "Üssü'l İnkılap", "İktisat Metinleri" , "Felatun Bey and Rakım Efendi", "Teşrik-i Mesai, Taksim-i Mesai" and "Menfa" mainly works firsthand it was analysed. Thus Ahmet Midhat lived social, the crisis within which political and economic perceptions and a desire to how a human typology in order to overcome of this crisis and has been able to observed that recommends what kind of economic policy. Ahmet Midhat, a protectionist approach supported by the domestic industry and free enterprise has done against the proponents of liberalism and suggests ways of opening the national economy will be able to record with the community's socio-economic development. Midhat has tried to teach the idea of working with the community was foreseen works in the hard working and saver human model and it enters the human model in the works, the domestic industry and trade to be removed to the desired level.
