| dc.description.abstract | ln Republic ol Macedonia the past few months the number of illegal migrants from the Middle East continuously is increasang that use the territory only for tıansit to the desired destination. Migrants aren't a homogenous group. there are different kinds that require different types of health care. The challenge to provide adequate shelteı health care and humanitarian assastance to migrants is huge for reducing vulnerability and mitigating, the suffering of these people. ln the country two shelters are built where migrants can get food. water, clothing. hygiene and medical assistance. Health care in transit centers is provided by means of health centers and general hospitals, as well as the Red Cross and is available 24 hours a day, Their situation should be continuously monitoring, and the quality of drinking water. registration of infectious diseases, vaccinating them. | en_US |
