There is a current interest in, how knowledge is shared within organizations and institutions and in it-systems, which allows knowledge to be shared tast and easy across organizations and institutions. Such Systems are often emergent software c|assified as web 2.0 technologies. This paper describes how web 2.0 technologies have led to systems that provide information of high quality and how such systems, with great advantage, can be used within organızations and more importantly within learning institutions such as universities...
