Özet

In 2022, many companies went out from traditional conduct of business to online due to the consequences of the pandemic of COVID-19. However, not every company or organization can succeed in building a dotcom business. To do that, each company needs to find out how to create a website and how to promote it effectively. As a result, companies have to know as well as use various website marketing strategies. The author of the article explains how to start working on the creation of a website with a proper strategy. For the initial part, you need to know the basics of how web marketing works, and to do that, you should read special manuals. After understanding the theoretical aspects of website marketing strategies, you can implement them in action so that you will find out which strategy suits your business the most. The article includes the analysis of the experience of three professionals in web marketing as well as the experience of some giant IT companies. Moreover, the author shows her personal experience received while participating in a website-creating project for students. In addition, in the article, there is a description of strategies for promoting public administration or governmental sites. The research findings have revealed a variety of existing website marketing strategies, the limitations of their usage, and the reasons why every business needs to employ them.
