| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, ameliyat geçirecek hastaların anestezi hakkındaki düşüncelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonucunda, araştırmaya katılan hastaların çoğunun anestezi hakkında bilgilerinin olmadığı, anestezi ile ilgili korku yaşayan hastaların sayısının, yaşamayanlara göre daha az olduğu görülmüş; korku yaşayanların çoğunun ameliyattan sonra uyanamamaktan korktuğu belirlenmiş, ayrıca kadınların anestezi hakkındaki bilgilerinin ve korkularının, erkeklere göre daha fazla olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışmamıza katılan hastaların eğitim düzeylerinin, anestezi hakkındaki bilgi durumlarını etkilediği; yüksek düzeyde eğitime sahip olan hastaların anestezi hakkındaki bilgilerinin daha fazla olduğu, Üniversite mezunu olanların, anestezi bilgisini internetten, lise ve altı eğitime sahip olanların ise doktordan edindikleri saptanmıştır. Eğitim düzeyinin hastaların anestezi ile ilgili korku ve endişe durumlarını ise değiştirmediği görülmüş, her iki gruptaki hastalarımızın, birbirine yakın oranla anestezi ile ilgili endişe ve korku yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Hastalarımızın medeni durumlarının, anestezi hakkındaki bilgilerini etkilemediği görülmüş, fakat bilgi edindikleri kaynak üzerinde etkili olduğu, bekarların internetten, evli olanların ise doktordan bilgi edindikleri saptanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to determine the anesthesia considerations of the patients who underwent surgery. As a result of our study, it was observed that the most of the patients participating in the study had no information about anesthesia and the number of patients who had anesthesia-related fear was lower than those who do not fear; most of the fearers were afraid not to wake up after surgery and it was also found that women had more information and anxieties about anesthesia than men. The educational level of the patients who participated in my work affects the knowledge about anesthesia; the knowledge about the anesthesia is much more among the highly educated patients, It was determined that the ones who have graduated from the university obtain the information about anesthesia from the internet and those who had high school or lower level education consult a doctor. It was found that the level of education did not change the fear and anxiety of the patients about anesthesia, and the patients in both groups were found not to have anxiety and fear about anesthesia with the close ratio to each other. It was found that the marital status of our patients did not affect their knowledge about anesthesia, but it was found that they were effective on the source of information, the bachelors were informed from the internet and the married ones were informed by the doctor. | en_US |
