dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, ilkokul ve ortaokullarda çalışan yöneticilerin strateji plana algılarını tespit etmektedir. Yöneticilerin stratejik plan algılarını tespit etmek amacıyla geliştirilen ölçek kullanılmıştır. Örneklem gurubunu 281 yönetici ve öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. İstanbul'un Sarıyer, Kadıköy, Üsküdar İlçelerinde bulunan resmi ve özel ilkokul ve ortaokullarında çalışan öğretmenlerin oluşturmuş olduğu evrende belirlenen örneklem gurubuna uygulanan ölçekle elde edilen verilerle araştırmamız yürütülmüştür. Araştırmamızın evrenini 2614 öğret ve yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem için seçilen 350 ölçek dağıtılmış olup sınıf öğretmeninden 281 kişiden gelen verilerle araştırma sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Verilerin güvenlik analizi için Cronbach Alfa katsayısı, örneklem analizi için frekans ve yüzde analizi,T.testi ,One Way ANOVA testi ve Post Hoc Scheffe testi SSPS(Statistical Package for Socail Sciences) versiyon 17.0 paket programı kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında stratejik plan algılarının farklılıklar arz ettiği görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify primary and secondary school administrators working in the perception of the strategic plan . Scale is used to determine the strategic plan developed perception of managers. The sample group consisted of all personnel of 281 administrators and teachers . Sariyer Istanbul , Kadıköy, Üsküdar district in our public and private elementary and secondary schools located in the teachers working in the universe that has formed the group applied to the scale of sampling data obtained in the research was conducted . 2614 The universe of our research is to teach and administrator. 350 classroom teachers from the selected scale is distributed to a sample survey results have been achieved with data from 281 people. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the data security analysis, sample analysis for frequency and percentage analysis was T.tes , One Way ANOVA and post hoc Scheffe test SSPS (Statistical Package for socail Sciences) were analyzed using version 17.0 software package. When the results of the study differences were observed supply on the perception of the strategic plan.en_US
