There are so many arguments in debate regarding the reasons of this crisis but when it comes to cost valuation, almost everybody agrees with the results of quantitaIive and qualitative analysis. One of the most important impacts is the shift of powers, which indeed was a process started belore the crises but that was finally shaped after 2008.en_US
