dc.description.abstractHizmet işletmelerinde çalışan iş görenlerin kendilerini tükenmiş ve duygusal olarak kötü hissetmeleri aynı zamanda performanslarını da olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu durum iş görenlerin mutsuz olmasına neden olmakta işletmelere de ciddi olumsuz sonuçlar doğurmaktadır. Hizmet sektörü çalışanlarının performans algıları üzerinde, duygusal emek alt boyutlarından yüzeysel ve derinlemesine davranış ile tükenmişliğin herhangi birinin etkisinin olup olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırmanın örneklemi hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ve araştırma kapsamında seçilen işletmede çalışan güvenlik, çağrı merkezi ve temizlik çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise bu işletmede çalışan ve tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş olan 677 hizmet sektörü çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Duygusal emek, tükenmişlik ve performans ilişkisini incelemeyi amaç edinen bu çalışma İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren 1 hizmet işletmesi ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Kişilerin kişisel performans göstergeleri olan yıllık eğitim saati ve yıllık devamsızlık ile tükenmişlik ve duygusal emek arasında pozitif yönlü ve zayıf düzeyde bir açıklayıcılığın olduğu söylenebilmektedir. Buradan hareketle her iki hipotezde kabul edilebilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractEmployees working in service businesses feel exhausted and emotionally bad, which also negatively affects their performance. This situation causes the employees to be unhappy and has serious negative consequences for the businesses. It is to reveal whether any of the sub-dimensions of emotional labor, superficial and in-depth behavior and burnout have an effect on the performance perceptions of service sector employees. The sample of this research consists of security, call center and cleaning workers working in the service sector and working in the enterprise selected within the scope of the research. The sample consists of 677 service sector employees working in this enterprise and selected by random sampling method. This study, which aims to examine the relationship between emotional labor, burnout and performance, is limited to 1 service business operating in the province of Istanbul. It can be said that there is a positive and weak explanatory relationship between the annual training hours and annual absenteeism, which are the personal performance indicators of the individuals, and burnout and emotional labor. From this point of view, both hypotheses can be accepted.en_US
