Özet
Endüstri 4.0 dünyada ve Türkiye'de yeni bir kavramdır. Küresel sanayi otoriteleri ve üniversiteler, fabrikalarda Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümünün gerçekleşmesini tavsiye etmektedir. Fabrikalarda bu dönüşümünün yapılması gerekliliğine inanılmakla birlikte bu dönüşümün nasıl yapılacağı konusunda belirlenmiş bir standart ve metodoloji bulunmamaktadır. Tezimiz ile bu belirsizliğin ortadan kalkması sağlanmıştır. Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümü yapmak isteyen fabrikalar için yol haritası oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışmada dünyadaki örnek uygulamalarda ve literatürde yer aldığı şekliyle Endüstri 4.0 dönüşüm uygulaması ele alınarak bir fabrikada uygulaması sağlanmıştır. Endüstri 4.0 konusunda dünyada birkaç fabrikada pilot uygulamalar var. Bu pilot uygulamalar araştırıldı ve yeni uygulama tasarlanıp gerçekleştirildi. Son bölümünde de bu tasarı bir fabrikada uygulanıp sonuçları değerlendirildi ve metodun verimli bir şekilde çalıştığı tespit edildi.
Industry 4.0 is a new concept in the world and in Turkey. Global industrial authorities and universities recommends the conversion of the industry to 4.0. The factories believe that this transformation is necessary but there is no standard and methodology for how transformation is done. Our work has finished this uncertainty. This study examines the world's 'industry 4.0' transformation applications and has been implemented in a factory. A roadmap was created for factories that wanted to make the 'Industry 4.0' transformation.There are pilot applications in several factories around the world for Industry 4.0. We searched these pilot applications and designed and implemented our application. In the last part, the results of the application were evaluated, the result is that the method works efficiently.
