Abstract
ln the last few decades terrorist attacks have spread throughout the world and now they have adverse effects on some regions, especially in the Middle-East. Therefore the concept of terrorism is transformed into global terrorism by keeping pace with globalization. lndeed temporarily the most extremist terrorist group is rising in the Middle-East and have implications in states' policies in the region.
Geçtiğimiz birkaç on yıl içinde terör saldırıları dünya çapında yaygınIaşmış ve Ortadoğu gibi dünyanın belli bölgelerinde olumsuz etkiler yaratmıştır. Böylece terör kavramı küreselleşme ile bağdaştırılarak küresel terör kavramına dönüşmüştür. Şu an için ise en aşırı terör örgütleri 0rtadoğu'dan çıkmakta ve bölge devletlerinin politikaları üzerinde etkili olmaktadır.
