dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada cinsiyet rolleri, ilişki doyumu ve pozitif-negatif duygulanım arasındaki ilişki romantik ilişki içerisinde bulunan toplam 214 üniversite öğrencisinin oluşturduğu bir örneklemle araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın değişkenleri Demografik Bilgi Formu, BEM Cinsiyet Rolü Kısa Envanteri, Pozitif-Negatif Duygulanım Ölçeği ve İlişki Doyumu Ölçeği ile ölçülmüştür. Verilerin analizi için araştırmanın değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiler öncelikli olarak Pearson Moment Çarpım Korelasyonu ile incelenmiştir. Sonrasında cinsiyet rolü ve ilişki doyumu arasındaki ilişkide pozitif-negatif duygulanımın aracılık rolüne bakılmıştır. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde; kişinin kendi feminenlik seviyesi (BEM-A Feminenlik) ve kişinin partnerinin feminenlik seviyesinin (BEM-B Feminenlik) ilişki doyumu ile ilişkilerinde negatif duygulanımın kısmi aracılığı olduğu bulunurken; kişinin kendi maskülenliği (BEM-A Maskülenlik) ile ilişki doyumu arasındaki ilişkide pozitif duygulanımın tamamen aracılık ettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuçlar ilgili literatür temelinde ayrıntılı olarak tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between gender roles, relationship satisfaction and positive-negative affect with a sample of 214 university students in a romantic relationship. The variables of the study were measured with Demographic Information Form, BEM Gender Role Short Inventory, Positive- Negative Affect Scale and Relationship Assessment Scale. In order to analyze the data, the relationships between the variables of the study were examined primarily by Pearson Moment Product Correlation. Then, the mediating role of positive and negative affect in the relationship between gender role and relationship satisfaction was examined. The results demonstrated that negative affect partially mediates the relationship between one’s own femininity level (BEM-A Femininity) and relationship satisfaction. In the same way, negative affect partially mediates the relationship between one's partner's femininity level (BEM-B Femininity) and relationship satisfaction. Finally, it was concluded that positive affect completely mediates the relationship between one's own masculinity (BEM-A Masculinity) and relationship satisfaction. The results were discussed depending on the association between gender roles and relationship satisfaction as well as the relevant literature.en_US
