Özet
The explanation of each concept under this fitle requires a study of a different nature. The concept on the focus of this meeting is “human rights”. The main concern here is to help individuals under- stand that it is necessary to look at the human world through the concept of human rights, and to show that this is only possible by way of philosophy. Human rights are basically rights of the individual, since each Citi zen is basically an individual. Although ali beings do not have a single concrete reference in reality, the concept and term ‘human’ constitutes the mental and linguistic basis for human beings. What is actually meant by ‘human’ is the individual after ali -the human being as individual. Moreover, this concept and term is the correlative of the concept and term ‘society’, because every human being feels himself as an individual and becomes this or that person, that is, himself, through the relations he establishes with other single persons. Even if an individual is also a potential bearer of values, it is only in his rela tions with things and other individuals that he can actuaiize these values.
