dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı idealize edilen annelik rolü ve özgün benlikle oluşan kadınlık rolü arasındaki ilişkide bireyleşmenin etkisini araştırmak ve bireyleşmeyi destekleyen gelişimsel farkındalık çalışmasının etkilerini incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda karma desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın nicel bölümünde 615 kadına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Demografik Bilgi Formu, Annelik İdeolojileri Soru Grubu, Özgünlük Ölçeği ve Bireyleşme Ölçeği Kısa Form-Anne Formu ile toplanmış ve değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler belirlenmiştir. Bulgulara göre bireyleşme ölçeği içinde yer alan, özgüven ve ebeveyni hayal kırıklığına uğratma korkusu alt boyutlarının, annelik idealizasyonu ile özgün benlik arasındaki ilişkide aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın nitel bölümünde, oluşturulan müdahale ve kontrol gruplarından müdahale grubuyla psikodrama tekniklerinin kullanıldığı, on iki hafta süren bir grup çalışması yapılmıştır. Yüksek annelik ideolojisi, düşük özgün benlik puanlarına sahip beş katılımcıyla oturumlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda müdahale grubundaki katılımcılara sontest uygulanmış, elde edilen veriler öntest puanlarıyla karşılaştırılarak incelenmiştir. Nitel çalışmadan elde edilen veriler ise Yorumlayıcı Fenomenolojik Analiz yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın nicel ve nitel bölümlerinden elde edilen bulgular birlikte tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of individuation on the relationship between the idealized motherhood role and the womanhood role formed by the authentic self and to examine the effects of the developmental awareness study on individuation. For this porpose a mixed study was designed. 615 women were reached in the quantitative study. The data of the study were collected by Demographic Information Form, Maternal Ideologies Questionnaire, Authenticity Scale and Individuation Scale Short Form-Mother Form and the relationships between the variables were determined. According to the results, it was seen that self-confidence and fear of disappointing the parent, which are included as a sub-dimension in the individuation scale, have mediation effect in the relationship between idealization of motherhood and authentic self. Sessions were held with five participants with high maternal ideology and low authentic self-scores. At the end of the study, posttest was applied to the participants in the experimental group, and the obtained data were compared with the pretest scores. The data gathered from the qualitative study were evaluated with the Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis method. The findings of the quantitative and qualitative parts of the study were discussed together.en_US
