Özet
ln our new and rapidly evolving knowledge society. we see the need for change in the methods of education and especially in the individuals working in education. There is a necessity for inquisitive. provocative and creative personalities who are to expose the skills and abilities of students by means of using methods that are innovative and unconventional for the current educational system. Students should be encouraged to obtain their own answers to the problems being discussed. Thus a new meaning and importance is attributed to the educational process as a whole. The main role of the educational activities is to help students discover the human world and the world within the human, lt is essential to create an educational environment that develops thinking, harmonizes interpersonal relationships, and improves skills for taking action in constantly changing situations. Thus, the educational activity is aimed at self-organization and development of the child's personality. The creative professionals are looking for new ways of teaching, ways enabling them to connect with the students and to build knowledge in a more attractive and memorable way. These |eachers do not provide a ready-made set of knowledge; they involve students in activities aimed at knowledge formation. This can be achieved when the child is educated in a more interactive environment, with the use of lCT and teamwork in nontraditional settings, ln this respect, The task of creative protessionals is make the child aware ot the new information and educational environment. whereas the breaking of stereotypes in the new educational process is implemented in a variety ot ways such as: . Collaborative learning . Cooperative learning . Team-work learning . lntercultural interaction lnnovations in education are aimed at developing the ability to transform knowledge into competences and personal development. To achieve this goal it is necessary to find a balance between the new technologies and the environment, Nature is the source ol all knowledge and lCT is the means ot achieving it. Only if a balanced cooperation is found between these alternatives can we build competencies and boost the personal development of students. Through the application ot the creative approach by creative protessionals we strive to realize an education tor human development, We prepare children to cope with the new informa| ion environment, to implement the established competencies, to advance and form their personality - dynamic, creative, searching and discovering.
