dc.description.abstractHabitually, humans build on ground, hills, and valleys, but rarely consider building over existing infrastructure. Nowadays, with the increasing population, the demand for housing, offices and public spaces is the word of the day. Hence, in our Design Studio, we experimented with proposals that would solve some of the arising issues. while at the same time conform to the surrounding context and spaces of a site with unconventional characteristics. lnstead of building on solid ground, we were transforming a vehicular bridge from a mere connecting element into an inhabited structure...en_US
