| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, bir nöroşirürji kliniğinde gece verilen hemşirelik bakımını hemşireler ve hastaların bakış açısından değerlendirmek amacı ile planlandı. Tanımlayıcı ve karşılaştırmalı olarak düzenlenen çalışma, bir devlet hastanesinin nöroşirürji kliniğinde, çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 120 hasta ve 120 hemşire ile gerçekleştirildi. Veriler demografik özellikleri içeren bilgi formu ve Gece Hemşirelik Bakımı Ölçeği ile toplandı. Verilerin analizi SPSS Programında, yüzdelik, aritmetik ortalama ve nonparametrik testler kullanılarak yapıldı. Çalışmaya katılan hastaların yaş ortalaması 46.03±13.34, hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 30.33±1.50 idi. Gece verilen hemşirelik girişimleri ve tıbbi girişimler boyutlarında hemşireler ile hastaların bakış açıları arasında farklılık olmadığı saptandı (p>0.05). Gece verilen hemşirelik bakımının değerlendirilmesi boyutunda ise hastaların puan ortalamalarının hemşirelerin puan ortalamalarından anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu olduğu belirlendi (p<0.001). Sonuç olarak, hemşireler, gece verdikleri bakımı olumlu değerlendirmelerine karşın hastaların gereksinimlerini tam olarak karşılayamadıklarını düşünürken, hastaların gece aldıkları hemsirelik bakımını oldukça olumlu değerlendirdikleri belirlendi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out to evaluate nursing care provided at night from the perspective of both nurses and patients. This descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out with 120 nurses and 120 patients who agreed to participate in the study, in the neurosurgery clinic of the state hospital. Data were collected using the “Questionnaire Form” which included demographical characteristics and “The Night Nursing Care Instrument”. The data were analysised by SPSS Program, using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and nonparametric tests. The mean age of the patients participating in the study was 46.03±13.34 years and nurses’ was 30.33±1.50. The result showed no statistically significant differences were found between nurses’ assessments and patient’s perceptions of the nursing care provided at night in nursing intervations and medical intervations (p>0.05). In the subscale of evaluation, patients have significantly higher mean score than nurses (p<0.001). As a conclusion, the nurses have evaluated the nursing care provided by themselves at night positively. But they have thought that meeting patient’s need was unsatisfactory. The patients reported that they were satisfied with the nursing care received at night. | |
