Özet
We are celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the most celebrated human rights document after World War II, and the subsequent establishment of the United Nations. It is vital to critically observe what happened since then, whether we reached hunger-free world and improved the right to adequate food and nutrition for all. This was the commitment of the international community in 1948 with the UDHR. Unfortunately, today's picture is not very promising. 821 milion people are undernourished, an increase from the last few years and projected to increase further instead of decreasing...
