dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, lise fen grubu öğrencilerinin özel dershanelere yönelme nedenlerini fizik öğretmenlerinin ve öğrencilerin görüşlerine dayalı olarak belirlemektir. Özel durum metodolojisi kapsamında dershaneye devam eden 200 öğrenciye anket uygulanarak, 8 fizik öğretmeniyle mülakat yapılarak ve 20 öğretmenin dersi gözlenerek veriler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerden dershane öğretmenlerinin kendilerini geliştirmeleri, öğrencilerle bire bir ilgilenmeleri ve dershanelerde uygulanan programların ÖSS'ye doğrudan yönelik olması gibi etkenler öğrencilerin özel dershanelere yönelme nedenleri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada liselerde yürütülen öğretim programı ile ÖSS sınav konularının paralellik göstermesi için gerekli düzenlemelerin yapılması önerilmiştir. Liselerdeki eğitim-öğretim ortamlarının etkili öğrenmeyi sağlayacak yönde tasarlanıp öğrencilerin öğrenmeye karşı motive edilmeIeri için alternatif etkinliklerin geliştirilmesi yapılan diğer öneriler arasında yer aImaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine why most of the sience students attend university entrance examination courses (UEEC). Case study methodology was used with survery, interview and observation technies. Survey questionnaries applied to 200 science students enrolled in the UEEC in order to obtain their opinions about why they attend the course. Interviews conducted 8 physics teachers worked both the course and high schools for the research purpose. Obsevataions are made 8 in the UEEC and 12 in the high school physics lesson. Data colleceted from this research showed that physics teachers who worked at the UEEC developed their ınstructional techniques in regard to solving university entrance examination questions better than those who worked at high schools. Other impotant results for student attendance to the UEEC were found as follow scimplemented content and conducted activities in the course. At the end of this study some suggestions are meade for improving high schools teaching-learning environment.en_US
