Özet
Ekonomik büyüme bir ülkede ki sermaye birikimi, teknoloji, nüfus ve dolayısıyla işgücündeki artışı ifade etmektedir. Önemli olan nokta, ekonomik büyümenin devamının sağlanması, sürdürülebilir olmasıdır. Sürdürülebilir büyüme, ekonomi de uzun vadeli büyümeye işaret etmekte ve iki ana temele dayanmaktadır. Bunlar; üretim kaynaklarının miktarının artması yanısıra verimlilik ve kalitede iyileşmenin sağlanmasıdır. İşsizlik ve genel işsizlikten daha fazla oranda görülen genç işsizlik ekonominin başta gelen sorunudur. Çalışmada işsizlik, istihdam temelinde genç işizlik nedenleri ve sonuçları incelenmeye çalışılacaktır.
Economic growth refers to the accumulation of capital, technology, population, and therefore the labor force in a country. In line with this, policies are being developed to increase the amount of goods and services produced per capita. Here the important point is to ensure the continuation of the economic growth meaning sustainability. Long term economic growthnamely sustainability in any economy is based on two fundamental factors. These; to provide the increase in the amount of production factors as well as improve the productivity and quality. Major problem of any economy is unemployment and youth unemployment rate is higher than overall unemployment rate. In the study, economic growth, unemployment and youth unemployment will be tried to analyze in the context of the causes and consequences of the dimension of youth unemployment.
