dc.description.abstractİnsanın en temel hali ile varolabilmesi için, korunaklı bir mekan ile barınma ihtiyacını karşılaması gerekir. Çağlar boyunca değişen toplumların, değişmeyecek yaşama ihtiyacını ve kullanıcı sorunlarını toplu konutların yaşama mekanı özelinde ele alınması bu tezin ana kaynağını oluşturmaktadır. Dünya’da ve Türkiye’de yaşamış ve yaşayan insanların belirli sebeplerden ötürü konut sorunu yaşadıkları açıktır. Devletler bu soruna çözüm olarak çeşitli kurumlar, yasalar ve teşvikler yoluyla halka çözüm üretmeye çalışmışlardır. Özellikle dargelirli kesim açısından ‘’toplu konut’’ ile bu konut sorunun çözümü için bir seçenek olsa da zaman zaman siyasi, bürokratik ve ekonomik nedenlerden dolayı sekteye uğramaktadır. Genel anlamda konutta en çok zaman geçilen alan yaşama mekanıdır. Yaşama mekanı ‘’Oda’’ kavramından sıyrılıp konutun en dikkat çeken mekanı haline gelmiştir. Konut tasarımında maddi ve manevi açıdan ağırlığı olan, iyi mekan kurgusu ile çok başarılı ve kullanışlı hale getirilebilecek cazibe alanıdır. Konu, İstanbul gibi olanakları fazla bir şehirde devlet ya da özel şirketler tarafından yapılan konutların yaşama mekanlarının karşılaştırması ve incelenmesini içermektedir. Bu kavramları farklı bir bakış açısıyla irdeleyerek tezin özgünleşmesi amaçlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn order to be able to exist in the most basic form of man, it is necessary to meet the need for shelter with a sheltered space. It is the main source of this thesis that the changing needs of the communities in the ages during the ages and the problems of the users to live in will be addressed in the living space of the mass housing. who lived in Turkey and the world is open and people were living housing problem due to certain reasons. States have tried to solve this problem through various institutions, laws and incentives. Although it is an option to solve this housing problem with '' mass housing '' in terms of narrow-income cuts, it is sometimes subject to political, bureaucratic and economic reasons. In general, the most time-consuming area of residence is the living space. The living space has become the most remarkable place in the subject, escaping from the concept of '' Room ''. It is an area of attraction that can be made very successful and useful with good space fiction, which is material and spiritual weight in residential design. The subject includes the comparison and examination of the living spaces of the houses built by the state or private companies in many cities such as Istanbul. It is aimed that the thesis is originalized by examining these concepts from a different point of view.en_US
