Özet
Konu: İçinde bulunduğumuz çoklu kriz döneminde, pandemi, deprem, enflasyon ve iklim değişikliği gibi pek çok farklı kriz bir arada deneyimlenmektedir. Ekolojik perspektifle bakıldığında; bu krizlerin birbirleri ile olan etkileşiminin, insan topluluklarını giderek daha kırılgan hale getirmekte olduğu görülmektedir. Günümüzde sosyal hizmet uygulamaları; birey ve yakın çevre bazlı mikro çalışmalara ağırlık verse de içinde bulunduğumuz çoklu kriz döneminde makro uygulama modellerine de ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Çünkü yaşanan krizlerin pek çoğu bireysel nedenlerden çok yapısal nedenlerden kaynaklanmaktadır. Dolayısıyla çözümler; Sistem Teorisi’nin ilkeleri dikkate alınarak, kişi ve yakın çevresi de dahil olmak üzere tüm toplum kaynaklarında aranmalıdır. Ayrıca yapısal sorunların çözülmesi için yapısal dönüşümler gereklidir. Yapısal dönüşümün gerçekleşmesi için makro uygulama pratikleri olan; mahalle ve topluluk örgütlenmesi, sosyal planlama ve politika geliştirme gibi uygulamalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Amaç ve Kapsam: Çoklu kriz döneminde mikro bazlı müdahalelerin yanı sıra makro boyuttaki uygulamalara da ihtiyaç vardır. Bu bağlamda bu bildirinin amacı; çoklu krizlere yönelik oluşturulacak sosyal hizmet uygulamasına makro pratiklerin eklenmesidir. Çalışma, mevcut konjonktürde yaşanan çeşitli krizlere makro boyutta çözüm önerileri sunması açısından önemlidir. Kuramsal/Kavramsal Çerçeve: Bildirinin kuramsal çerçevesini; sistem teorisi, ekolojik yaklaşım ve makro sosyal hizmet uygulaması oluşturmaktadır. Sonuç: İçinde bulunduğumuz çoklu kriz döneminde mikro ve mezzo boyuttaki müdahalelerin yanı sıra makro boyuttaki müdahalelere de ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Yapısal dönüşümün gerçekleşebilmesi için sosyal hizmet uygulamasına makro pratiklerin eklenmesi gereklidir.
Subject: In the current period of polycrisis, many different crises such as pandemics, earthquakes, inflation and climate change are experienced together. From an ecological perspective, it is seen that the interaction of these crises with each other makes human communities increasingly fragile. Today, although social work practices focus on micro studies based on the individual and the immediate environment, macro practice models are also needed in the polycrisis period we are in. Because most of the crises are caused by structural rather than individual reasons. Therefore, solutions should be sought in all social resources, including the individual and his/her immediate environment, taking into account the principles of System Theory. Moreover, structural transformations are necessary to solve structural problems. For structural transformation to take place, macro practices such as neighbourhood and community organisation, social planning and policy development are needed. Aim and Scope: In the period of polycrisis, there is a need for macro-scale practices as well as microbased interventions. In this context, the aim of this paper is to add macro practices to the social work practice to be created for multiple crises. The study is important in terms of offering macro-scale solutions to various crises experienced in the current conjuncture. Theoretical/Conceptual Framework: The theoretical framework of the paper consists of system theory ecological approach and macro social work practice. Conclusion: In the current period of polycrisis, there is a need for macro-scale interventions as well as micro and mezzo-scale interventions. In order to realise structural transformation, macro practices need to be added to social work practice.
