dc.description.abstractCulture can be defined as the shared patterns of behaviour, interactions and understanding which are learned by the individual through socialization [Zimmermann. 2015]. ln a healthcare setting, culture has many aspects and those aspects define the practice quality of care being practiced within the organization. Patient and family's belief, values and traditions are of great interest when planning care yet those are few of the standing challenges that nurses and every healthcare provider face in everyday practice (Freedman, 2007).en_US

Bir sağlık bakımı planlamasında, kültür organizasyondaki uygulamaların birçok yönden kalitesini belirler. Bakım planı hazırlanırken hastanın ve hasta yakınlarının dini inanç. değerleri ve gelenekleri büyük önem taşır ve bunlar hemşireler ve tüm sağlık bakımı sağlayıcılarının her gün yüzleştiği sorunlardan sadece birkaçıdır (Freedman,2007)en_US
