dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, ilköğretimin 1, 2, 3. sınıf öğretmenlikleri ile 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmenliklerini ayrı uzmanlık alanları olarak kabul eden, buna istinaden 4. ve 5. sınıfta her dersin, o dersin uzmanı olan öğretmen tarafından işlendiği özel okul öğretmenlerinin iş memnuniyeti ve benlik algısı düzeyleri ile bu uygulamanın yapılmadığı, 1- 5. sınıflarda sınıf öğretmenliğinin esas olduğu kamu okullarında çalışan sınıf öğretmenlerinin iş memnuniyeti ve benlik algısı düzeyleri arasında fark olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, kamuya ait ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan toplam yirmi 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmeni ile, özel okulların ilköğretim bölümünde görev yapan yirmi 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin iş memnuniyet derecelerini öğrenmek için Minesotta İş Memnuniyeti Ölçeği ile benlik algısı düzeylerini belirmek için Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS paket proramı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre özel okulda çalışan ilköğretim öğretmenlerinin iş memnuniyetleri, devlet okulunda görev yapan öğretmenlerden daha fazladır. Benlik algısı değişkeni yönünden bakıldığı zamansa özel ve devlet okulunda çalışan öğretmenler arasında herhangi bir farklılık bulunamamıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to question whether there is a difference or not by means of job satisfaction and level of self conception between teachers in private schools where specialists teachers of each course give the courses in 4th and 5th grades based on the assumption that teaching of 1st, 2nd, 3rd grades and teaching of 4th, 5th grades are different speciality areas and teachers in public schools where basic class teachers give all courses from 1st to 5th grades. Paradigm of the research are 40 4th and 5th grade teachers; 20 of which are from public and 20 remaining are from private schools. The Minnesota Job Description Questionnaire is used to evaluate job satisfaction and The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale is used to evaluate self conception levels of paradigm. According to the research reports,teachers are more satisfied working in private schools than the teachers who are in the state schools.But at the sight of self conception there is no difference between the teachers who work in private schools and state schools.en_US
