dc.description.abstractThe global pandemic caused by coronavirus has caused changes in our social life, but especially in the business world and international economic life. The paper aims to present the effects of the covid crisis upon nations, but at the same time it presents the proposals launched by the World Economic Forum Report on economic recovery and the measures needed to be taken by governments accompanied by instruments on post-pandemic recovery. The next period will be extremely difficult and at the same time very important for the continuous struggle with the 3rd wave that the whole society is facing, so that any measure, the economic recovery initiative must not be neglected.en_US
dc.description.abstractKorona virüsün neden olduğu küresel salgın, sosyal yaşamımızda, özellikle is dünyasında ve uluslararası ekonomik yasamda değişikliklere neden olmuştur. Makale, COVID-19 krizinin ülkeler üzerindeki etkilerini sunmayı amaçlamakla birlikte, aynı zamanda Dünya Ekonomik Forumu'nun ekonomik iyileşme raporunda sunulan önerileri ve hükümetler tarafından alınması gereken önlemleri küresel salgın sonrası iyileşme araçları eşliğinde sunmaktadır. Bir sonraki dönemin son derece zor ve aynı zamanda tüm toplumun karsı karsıya olduğu 3. dalga ile sürekli mücadele için çok önemli olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenle hiçbir önlem ve ekonomik iyileşmeye yönelik girişim ihmal edilmemelidir.en_US
