Özet
Araştırma hemşirelerde problem çözmenin meslekte dayanışma ile ilişkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla kesitsel olarak planlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2019-2020 yıllarında ve araştırma planlanması takvimi süresince İstanbul ilinde bulunan Grup Florence Nightingale Hastaneleri’nde çalışan tüm hemşireler (600) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise çalışmayı kabul eden ve ulaşılabilen hemşireler (420) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri ‘’Sosyodemografik Soru Formu, Şahin ve Heppner (1993) tarafından oluşturulan Problem Çözme Envanteri Ölçeği ve Ulusoy ve Alpar (2013) tarafından oluşturulan Hemşirelerde Meslektaş Dayanışması Ölçeği’’ ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin %44’ünün 25-34 yaş aralığında, %85,7’sinin kadın, %73,6’sının bekar olduğu, %55,7’sinin meslekte 1-5 yıl çalışma süresine sahip olduğu, %79,3’ünün çocuk sahibi olmadığı, %48,6’sının lisans mezunu olduğu, %86,4’ünün mesleği isteyerek seçtiği, %87,9’unun çalışma pozisyonunun hemşirelik olduğu, %63,8’inin gece/gündüz vardiyalı çalıştığı, %56,7’sinin problem çözme ile ilgili eğitim almadığı, %61’inin meslekte dayanışma ile ilgili eğitim almadığı saptandı. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin 1/3’ü hemşire arkadaşlarından gereken problem çözme ve mesleki dayanışmaya uygun davranış görmediklerini belirtti. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin problem çözme envanteri puan ortalamalarının 97,28 (32±192) olduğu bulundu. Hemşirelerin demografik özelliklere göre eğitim düzeyinin problem çözmeyi anlamlı düzeyde etkilediği görüldü. Hemşirelerde meslektaş dayanışması envanteri puan ortalaması ise, 88,10 (23±115) olarak bulundu. Yine demografik özelliklere göre medeni durum, meslekte çalışma süresi, çocuk durumu çalışma durumlarına göre ise, çalışma pozisyonu, çalışma şekli, eğitim alma durumu ve meslektaşlarından gereken problem çözme ve mesleki dayanışmayı gördüğünü düşünme durumunun anlamlı düzeyde etkilediği görüldü. Bu araştırma sonuçları doğrultusunda hemşirelerin problem çözme düzeyindeki artışın meslekte dayanışmayı olumlu yönde etkilediği saptandı. Bu doğrultuda hemşirelerde problem çözmenin meslekte dayanışmaya arttırıcı faktörler sağlayabilmesi için; destek sistemlerinin etkin hale getirilmesi önerisinde bulunurken yapılan bu çalışmanın farklı hemşirelik örneklem grubu, farklı sağlık kuruluşu ve farklı hastane grupları ile yapılabileceği önerilmektedir.
The research was planned cross-sectionally in order to examine the relationship between problem solving in nurses and solidarity in the profession. The research university consists of all 600 nurses working at Group Florence Nightingale hospitals in Istanbul as of 2019-2020 and during the planned study period. The study sample group consists of 420 nurses who participated in the research and who could be contacted. The data of the study were collected with "Sociodemographic Questionnaire, Problem Solving Inventory Scale created by Şahin and Heppner (1993), and Colleague Solidarity Scale in Nurses" developed by Ulusoy and Alpar (2013). 44% of the nurses participating in the study were in the age range of 25-34, 85.7% were female, 73.6% were single, 55.7% had a working period of 1-5 years in the profession, 79.3% of them did not have children, 48.6% of them had a bachelor's degree, 86.4% of them voluntarily choose the profession, 87.9% of them were nurses, 63.8% of them worked in shifts day and night. It was determined that 56.7% of them did not receive training on problem solving, 61% did not receive training on solidarity in the profession and that 1/3 of the nurses participating in the study stated that they did not perceived the necessary problem solving and professional solidarity from their colleague. The problem solving inventory mean score of the nurses participating in the study was found to be 97,28 (32±192). It was found that the education level of the nurses according to the demographic characteristics had a significant effect on problem solving. The mean score of the colleague solidarity inventory among nurses was 88,10 (23±115). Regarding demographic characteristics, marital status, Professional working duration, having children, working position, working style, education status and thinking that their colleagues showed the necessary problem solving and professional solidarity were found to be significantly affected. As a result, it is found that the level of problem solving among nurses have a positive impact on professional solidarity in nursing practice. Therefore, in order to realize this impact, it is recommended that the supportive systems should be active. It is also recommended that smilar researches should be carried out in different health institutions and among different research groups.
