Özet
Skin grafts are a valuable option for closing defects that cannot be closed primarily.1,2 To improve graft intake, it is necessary to prevent the relative motion between the graft and the underlying recipient tissues. It is especially difficult, however, to immobilize skin grafts on the face because of the movement of facial muscles or irregular (concave or convex) surfaces.
