dc.description.abstractThe Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 of Pakistan is contemptuous in various aspects. particularly it brings the right to privary -which a fundamental right of an individual endorsed by Public lnternational Law and lslamic Law -at a compromising posihon, therefore the law is in need of a careful assessment in order to brang it with conformity with international law and lslamic Sharia.en_US
