dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, ilkokul sınıf öğretmenlerinin duygusal zekâları ışığında mobing olgusunu algılama düzeyleri saptanmaktadır. İstanbul'un Kartal, Pendik, Sancaktepe İlçelerinde bulunan resmi ilkokullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin oluşturmuş olduğu evrende belirlenen örneklem gurubuna uygulanan ölçekle elde edilen verilerle araştırma yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini 2935 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem için tesadüfi örnekleme ile 300 sınıf öğretmenine anket uygulanmaktadır. Bunların 212' si doldurularak teslim edilmiştir. Verilerin güvenlik analizi için Cronbach Alfa katsayısı, örneklem analizi için frekans ve yüzde analizi,T.testi ,One Way ANOVA testi ve Post Hoc Scheffe testi SSPS(Statistical Package for Socail Sciences) versiyon 17.0 paket programı ile yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre sınıf öğretmenlerinin mobbingi algılama düzeylerinin duygusal zekâlarına göre farklılaştığı görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main goal of this study is determining the perception level of the mobbing fact of primary school teachers with the help of their emotional intelligence. The research is carrying out with the datas, which are the sample cluster scale of public primary school teachers in towns of Istanbul such as Kartal, Pendik and Sancaktepe. The universe of research is established with 2935 primary school class teachers. For create a sample cluster, made a survey to 300 teachers with random sampling method and 212 of surveys delivered with filled. The Cronbach Alfa Coefficient was used for the security analysis, Frequency and percentage analysis, T testing, one way Anova testing and Post hoc Scheffe testing were used for the sample analysis. SPSS version 17.0 was used for all tests and analysis. As a result of the resarch, the perception of mobbing levels of teachers are ranging with their emotional intelligenge.en_US
