dc.description.abstractTürkiye, birçok ürünün yetiştirilmesine imkan veren iklim ve ekolojik özellikleri nedeniyle buğday üretimi açısından avantajlı bir ülke konumundadır. Buğday ithalatı ve ihracatının yüksek olduğu ülkemizde dolayısıyla buğday üretim ve pazarlamasına ilişkin yıllardır süre gelen çok çeşitli politikalar uygulanmıştır. Bu politikalardan biri olan ihracatçı açısından en önemlisi vergi muafiyeti sağlayan "Dahili İşleme Rejimi politikası" sayesinde üretici, tüketici, sanayici ve dış ticaretçi açısından nasıl bir destek sağlanmaya çalışıldığı incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractTurkey, which allows products to be grown in many climates and is in an advantageous position in terms of the country 's wheat production due to ecological characteristics. for years from a variety of policies related to the production and marketing of wheat in our country so that higher wheat imports and exports was applied . providing the most important tax exemption for exporters , one of this policy "Internal Processing Regime policy" thanks to producers, consumers , manufacturers and foreign traders in terms of what kind of support was investigated strives to achieve .en_US
