dc.description.abstractFirmaların küresel ve yerel pazarlara girmeye başlamalarından doğan rekabetçi bir piyasanın oluşması proje yönetim metodolojilerinin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bu tezde teknoloji alanında yer alan proje yönetim metodolojilerinden Çevik Proje Yönetimi ve PRINCE2 proje yönetim metodolojisinin karşılaştırması yapılarak projelerin nasıl başarılı olacağı, ne tür süreçler içerdiği, proje yönetimi açısından avantaj ve dezavantajları karşılaştırılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe creation of a competitive market arising from the company's entry into global and local markets has led to the appearance of project management methodologies. In this thesis, comparing the project management methodologies in the field of technology with the Cevik Project Management and PRINCE2 project management methodology, the advantages and disadvantages of project management are discussed in terms of how the projects will be successful and what kinds of processes are involved.en_US
