dc.description.abstractln the modern world with increasing the training functionality for the individual and society development, teaching processes provide the successful adaptation of individuals in the society. However, the state that includes the successful individuals is stronger and has a be|ter chance of development. Law enforcement agencies are the successful guarantor of the state. lt is the law enforcement system's direct responsibility to create and preserve the security system in the country. Thus, educated representatives ol the law enforcement system are the main objects and interests of the state. dc.description.abstractModern dünyada eğitimin bireysel ve toplumsal gelişmedeki işlevi artmış, bireyin topluma başarılı bir şekilde adapte olmasında öğretim süreci önem kazanmıştır. Daha başarılı vatandaşları olan devletler daha güçlüdür ve gelişmeye daha açıktır. Kolluk güçleri devletlerin önemli bir garantörü durumundadır Ülkedeki güvenlik sistemini kurmak ve muhafaza etmek kolluk sisteminin doğrudan sorumluluğudur. Bu nedenle devletlerin çıkarı açısından kolluk mensuplarının iyi eğitilmesi başlıca hedeflerdendir.
