Özet
Eğitim hakkı rastlantıya bırakılmayacak kadar önemli bir insan hakkıdır. Bu hak diğer insan haklarının korunması ve geliştirilmesinde anahtar bir rol üstlenmiştir. Eğitim hakkının nitelikli ve kapsayıcı bir şekilde verilmesi tüm insanlar için de önem arz etmektedir. Nitelikli ve kapsayıcı bir eğitimin özelliklerini uluslararası belgelere dayandırarak ortaya koymak devletler, toplumlar ve kişiler için bir kılavuz olacaktır. İnsan hakları belgelerine dayandırılarak oluşturulan bir eğitim evrensel bir niteliğe bürünecektir. “Günümüzde nasıl ve hangi koşullarda bir eğitim?” sorusu insanların kafasında önemli bir soru olarak durmaktadır. Bu soruya felsefe ile bakılmadığında, bu soru insan hakları ile temellendirilmediğinde eğitimin, ideolojilerin elinde tehlikeli bir araç haline dönüşmesi yüksek olasılıktır. Eğitimi tehlike olmaktan çıkarıp insan haklarının koruyucusu yapacak, insan için nitelikli ve kapsayıcı hale dönüştürecek bir bakış açısına ihtiyaç olduğu kesindir. Bu da ancak insan haklarıyla ilgili uluslararası belgelere yönelmekle mümkündür. Eğitime insan hakları belgeleri ışığında felsefe gözüyle bakıldığında ise iki yönünün olduğu görülür. Birincisi eğitim evrensel, vazgeçilmez, nitelikli bir duruma dönüşmek istiyorsa insan haklarını kendine dayanak yapmalıdır; insan hakları belgelerini kendine rehber edinmelidir. Eğitimin ikinci yönü ise şudur: Eğitim insan haklarına dayanmalı ancak insan haklarını da koruyacak, dünyada yayacak, insan hakları sorunlarını çözecek bir rolü de üstlenmelidir. Eğitime bu iki yönlü bakış, eğitimin nasıl olması gerektiği konusunda hayati bir öneme sahip sorunun da çözüm yolu gibi görünmektedir. İnsanın kendisi için tek çıkış yolunun bu iki yönlü bakış açısına sahip olmak olduğu açıktır.
The right to education is too important a human right to be left to chance. This right has played a key role in the protection and promotion of other human rights. It is important for all people to provide the right to education in a qualified and inclusive manner. Revealing the characteristics of a qualified and inclusive education based on international documents will be a guide for states, societies and individuals. An education based on human rights documents will have a universal character. “What kind of education is it today and under what conditions?” remains an important question in people's minds. If this question is not approached with philosophy and is not based on human rights, it is highly likely that education will turn into a dangerous tool in the hands of ideologies. It is certain that there is a need for a perspective that will transform education from being a danger to a protector of human rights and transforming it into a qualified and inclusive one for people. This is only possible by turning to international documents related to human rights. When education is looked at from the perspective of philosophy in the light of human rights documents, it can be seen that it has two aspects. Firstly, if education wants to turn into a universal, indispensable and qualified situation, it must base itself on human rights; It should take human rights documents as its guide. The second aspect of education is this: Education should be based on human rights, but it should also undertake a role that will protect human rights, spread them around the world, and solve human rights problems. This two-way view of education seems to be the solution to the vital problem of how education should be. It is clear that the only way out for oneself is to have this two-way perspective.
