| dc.description.abstract | The surgery is a highly strategic for hospitals because it is at the heart of medical and concentrated 10 to 15% of the budget of the institution for its operation. It is therefore important for hospitals to assess the performance of organizational strategies, programming and management procedure on the sector to improve service to patients and reduce operating costs. Currently, health centres' Algerian private or public, and especially surgical su®ers from a lack of quality care and high cost of interventions. One reason is the poor organization of the management of the logistics chain of various actors involved in the care of the patient. The main objective of this work is to propose a provisional scheduling surgery to optimize the management of operating units, and therefore reduce the waiting time for patients the report of the interventions surgery. To carry out this delicate task, we undertook the following approach: -Study the existing analysis of the di®erent activities and tasks of the operating process to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the existing as well as di®erent management problems, - Modelling of di®erent management problems procedure process, - Proposal of a new management approach to optimize the use of the operating room. | en_US |
