dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı Hemato-Onkolojik hastalara verilen Tele-hemşirelik ile vaka yönetimi uygulamasının; hemşire, hasta ve hasta yakınları tarafından derinlemesine görüşme yöntemi ile nitel olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla Kocaeli’ de Özel bir hastanenin hematoloji bölümünde tedavi gören örneklem kriterlerine uygun ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden bir hasta, bir hasta yakını ve bir vaka yönetici hemşiresi ile yüz yüze görüşülmüştür. Yapılan görüşmelerde Tele-hemşirelik hizmetinin olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri ve Tele-hemşirelik hizmetinin hasta, hasta yakını ve hizmeti veren Vaka Yönetici Hemşiresi açısından detaylı olarak değerlendirmeleri üzerine çalışılmıştır. Uygulama yöntemi olarak nitel araştırma yapılmış ve verilerin analizinde MAXQDA 2022 Nitel Veri Analizi Programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucundan elde edilen bulgularda hasta ve hasta yakınının Tele-hemşirelik hizmetinin var olmasından memnun oldukları, hasta ve yakınına 7/24 Tele-hemşirelik hizmeti verilmesinin güven ortamı oluşturduğu, hasta ve hasta yakınının gereksiz hastane ziyaretlerinin ortadan kalktığı, hastanın ilaç ve semptom yönetiminin evde de devam ettiği, Tele-hemşirelik hizmeti veren vaka yönetici hemşiresinin bu hizmeti vermeye başlamadan önce belirli bir eğitim sürecinden geçtiği ve hasta ve yakını tarafından Tele-hemşirelik hizmetinin geliştirilmesi için görüntülü konuşma hizmetinin de başlaması önerisi gibi sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is qualitative evaluation of the Observation about a patient and their relatives’ interview to have case management with Tele-nursing given Hemato-Oncological protection. For this purpose, a patient who was treated in the hematology department of a Private hospital in Kocaeli, and who met the measurement criteria and agreed to participate this study, the patient’s relative, and Case Manager Nurse were interviewed. In the interviews, the positive and negative aspects of the tele-nursing service and the detailed evaluations of the tele-nursing service in terms of the patient, the patient's relatives and the Case Manager Nurse who provided the service were studied. Qualitative research was carried out as the application method and MAXQDA 2022 Qualitative Data Analysis Program was used in the analysis of the data. Observations discovered in this study indicates that the patient and his relatives are satisfied with Tele-nursing service, trusted in 7/24 Tele-nursing activities, unnecessary visits to the hospital are removed, the medication and symptom management of the patience is continued at home as well, case manager nurses are trained about Tele-nursing education before this service and this Tele-nursing activities are improved with the patient and his relatives via video chat activities.en_US
