dc.description.abstractAralık 2019 tarihinde küresel olarak yayılan Covid-19 pandemi özellikle Türkiye’de hizmet sektöründe restoran ve kafelerin “Hastalık Yayıyor” algısı oluşması bu çalışmanın ana temasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu tezde restoran ve kafelerde mevcutta kullanılan cihazların çalışma ve sistem yapısı incelenmiştir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığının Covid-19 ile mücadele genelgesi kapsamında restoran ve kafeler dikkate alınmıştır. Hijyen kurallarına uygun temassız sipariş ve ödeme sisteminin altyapısı tasarlanmıştır. Bu yapıda gelen müşteri, işyeri personelinin diyalog ve hizmet amacıyla müşteriye yaklaşması azaltılarak hijyen kurallarına uyum, müşteriyi sistemde sipariş vermek süreci ile hizmette oluşabilecek aksaklık veya hatalarının minimum seviye indirilmesi tasarlanmıştır. Ayrıca günümüz ödeme sistemlerinde kullanılan son teknolojiler ile şeffaflık vurgusu verilmek hedeflenmiştir. Bu projede müşteri hizmet almaya başlamak istediğinde talep edeceği ürün/ürünlerin ne olacağı, nasıl olacağı, miktarı ve fazladan talep edeceği tüm hizmetleri belirler. Herhangi bir işletme personeli veya garson olmadan hızlı, kesintisiz, doğru şekilde sipariş sisteme yansır. Müşteri yerinden kalkmadan restoran içerisinde gezinmeden doğrudan Akıllı telefon kullanarak son teknoloji ödeme sistemlerinden Mobil Ödeme, NFC veya QR Kod tercih yaparak şeffaf, güvenilir ve hızlı işlem yapabilmesi amacıyla bir örnek mobil uygulama geliştirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Covid-19 pandemic, which started globally in December 2019, and the perception of “Spreading Disease” for restaurants and cafes in the service sector, especially in Turkey, In this thesis, changing system structure of the devices currently used in restaurants and cafes are existed. Restaurants and cafes have been taken into reached within the scope of The Republic Of Turkey Ministry of Health's circular to combat Covid-19. In this structure, it is designed to reducing between customers and personnel dialogues for comply with the hygiene rules and doing minimize the disruptions and errors that may occur in the service with the process of customer order in the system. In addition, it is aimed to emphasize transparency with the latest technologies used in today's payment systems. In this project, when the customers want to starting receiving services, their determine what the products will be, product amount and extra services they will request. The order is reflected in the system in a fast, uninterrupted without any waiters. Mobile application has been developed for customer to create orders theirselves for transparent, reliable and fast transactions via Mobile Payment, NFC or QR Code. Customers directly using a smart phone, without leaving the service desk.en_US
