After analyzing environmental issues of modern products and related technologies, it has been tound that product design must be adapted to environment issues, havıng the following objectives (except for the classic oblective of high performance at low cost): eco-efticiency quantiliable by the reduced negative effects on the environment. lnvolving design in ecodesign also has an economic, educational and environmental importance, protecting the environment and also future generations. Theoretical research has revealed that design can impose the achievement of quality products by preserving the environment.
