| dc.description.abstract | Tehlikeli maddelerin bir yerden bir yere ulaştırılması günlük hayatımızda sektör çalışanları haricinde fark edilmeden yürütülen faaliyetlerdendir. Ancak kaza durumlarında sonuçlarının geri dönülemez oluşu ve yarattığı olumsuz etkinin büyüklüğü düşünülünce göz ardı edilemeyecek kadar önemli faaliyetlerdir. Ülkemizde taşımacılığın büyük bölümü (yaklaşık %90’ı) karayolu ile yapılmaktadır. Taşınan mallar kategorilerine göre bakıldığında yaklaşık yarısının tehlikeli maddeler sınıfına girdiği görülmektedir. Oluşan kazaların sebeplerine bakıldığında insan faktörü önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu durumda kazaların önlenmesi amacıyla personel eğitimi özel bir önem kazanmaktadır. Yetişkin eğitiminde çalışma ve dinlenme zamanlarından eğitim için zaman ayrılmasının güçlüğü, klasik eğitim metotlarında verimliliğin düşük olması, çalışanların katılmakta isteksiz olması, gelişen teknolojiden eğitim alanında faydalanılmak istenmesi sebepleriyle yeni yöntemler geliştirilmeye başlanmıştır. Oyunlaştırma ile eğitim sayesinde belirttiğimiz olumsuz sebepler bertaraf edilebilmektedir. Oyunlaştırma ile personele eğitime istediği zaman katılma esnekliği kazanır, oyun dinamikleri ile eğitim eğlenceli hale gelir, mobil cihazlar ile mekân esnekliği sağlanır, verimli eğitim imkânı sağlanır. Bu çalışmada oyun dinamikleri kullanılarak geliştirilmiş olan www.tehmat.com web sitesi üzerinden kullanıcıların erişebildikleri eğitim platformu uygulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Eğitimli personel ile yapılan çalışmalarda kaza riskinin azaltılabileceği öngörülmüştür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The delivery of dangerous goods from one place to another one is an unrecognized activity, without of exception of the employees of the sector. However, in the event of an accident, the consequences are irreversible and are significant enough to be ignored considering the magnitude of the negative effect it creates. In our country, most of the transportation (about 90%) is done by road. According to the categories of that commodities, it is seen that about half of the mare in the class of dangerous goods. Considering the causes of the accidents, the human factor has an important place. In this case, personnel training is of special importance in order to prevent accidents. New methods have begun to be developed for employee aducation. New methods have begun to be developed that employeee ducation that classical methods has the low efficiency, the difficulty of leaving time for training and resting time. By means of gamification, we can eliminate the negative causes. With the gamification, the staff has the flexibility to participate when they want to training. With the game vehicles, the trainig has been fun. With the mobil devices give them the flexibility of the place and efficient education. In this study, it was tried to apply the educational platform which can be accessed by the users through the web site named www.tehmat.com which was developed using game tools. It is predicted that the risk of accidents can be reduced in studies conducted with trained personnel. | en_US |
