dc.description.abstractRole of Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly most important to the creation and development of dynamic and modern knowledge-based Economy. This is due to their capacity to promote innovation and because of their ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to a changing market, to generate innovations and new jobs. Entrepreneurship based on digital skills of youth are being done part of the curricula of educational providers and business support centers as a crucial support to strengthen the sector of SMEs, that is the backbone of the economy in countries with higher incomes, and less developed countries with low income.en_US
dc.description.abstractGirişimciliğin, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin (KOBİ'lerin) rolü, dinamik ve modern bilgiye dayalı ekonominin yaratılması ve geliştirilmesi için gittikçe önem kazanmaktadır. Bunun nedeni, yenilikçiliği teşvik etme kapasitesi, esnek olma ve değişen bir pazara hızlı adapte olma, yenilikler yaratma ve yeni iş imkânları yeteneğine sahip oIma gerekliliğidir. Gençlerin dijital becerilerine dayanan girişimcilik, eğitim verenlerin ve iş destek merkezlerinin müfredat programlarının bir parçası olarak, daha yüksek gelirli ülkelerde ekonominin belkemiğini oluşturan KOBİ'lerin ve az gelirli daha az gelişmiş ülkelerin güçlendirilmesi için önemli bir destek olarak görülmektedir.en_US
