dc.description.abstractBu makale kapsamında Elazığ Belediyesi KUDEB tarafından hazırlatılan Harput Kale Hamamı rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projelerinin hazırlanma sürecinin sonucunda tarihi değeri yüksek olan hamam yapısı ile ilgili elde edilen teknik ve mimari bulgular yer alacaktır. Hamamın restorasyon projelerinin hazırlanma amaçları, yapıyı belgelemede kullanılan iki ayrı yöntem ve bu yöntemlerden birinin tercih edilme nedenleri, projeyi tamamlama sürecine yönelik pozitif kazançlar gerekçeleri ile ele alınacaktır. Geleneksel yöntemle başlayan ve üç boyutlu lazer tarama yöntemi ile devam eden süreç yapının fotogrametrik görüntülerinin Cad ortamına aktarılması ve proje sürecinde açığa çıkan hamamın mekansal ve yapısal birimlerine ilişkin bulgular, karşılaşılan problemler ve problemlerin çözümü konusunda izlenen yöntemler makale konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada elde edilen verilerin bilgisayar ortamında işlenerek hamamın, plan, kesit, görünüş ve 3 boyutlu modellerin oluşturulma safhaları teknik ayrıntılarıyla ele alınacaktır. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre yersel lazer tarama yönteminin tarihi miras belgeleme işinde detaylı, hassas ve 3 boyutlu veri elde etmek için uygun ve güncel bir yöntem olduğu gerekçeleriyle makalede yer almaktadır. Makalede kültürel ve tarihi miras geçmişi 17.yy’ın ilk çeyreğine tarihlenen Kale Hamamı’nın rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projesi hazırlama ve onaylanma evrelerinde karşılaşılan yapısal hasarlara ve teknik bulgulara değinilerek bu bulguların arkeoloji, mimari ve kültürel miras alanlarında çalışacak araştırmacılara örnek teşkil etmesi amaçlanmıştır. Böylece Elaziz Kale hamamına ait yapısal ve dijital verilerin literatürdeki bilinmeyenleri tamamlayarak alanına katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. en_US
dc.description.abstractAs a result of the preparation of the survey, restitution and restoration projects of the Harput Kale Hamam, which was prepared by Elazığ Municipality KUDEB, the technical and architectural findings related to the structure of the bath, which has a high historical value, will be included. The purpose of preparation of bath restoration projects, two different methods used in documenting the structure and the reasons for choosing one of these methods will be handled with the reasons for positive gains for the completion of the project. The process of transferring the photogrammetric images of the process structure, which started with the traditional method and continued with the three-dimensional laser scanning method, to Cad environment and the findings related to the spatial and structural units of the bath, the problems encountered and the methods used to solve the problems are the subject of the article. The data obtained in the study will be processed in the computer environment, the plans, sections, appearance drawings of the bath and the stages of the creation of 3D models will be discussed in detail. According to the results obtained from the study, the ground laser scanning method is a suitable and up-to-date method for obtaining detailed, sensitive and 3D data in the historical heritage documentation work In this article, it is aimed to give an example to the researchers who will work in archeology, architecture and cultural heritage areas by mentioning the structural damages and technical findings encountered in the preparation and approval stages of the building, restitution and restoration project of Kale Hamam which is dated to the first quarter of the 17th century. Thus, the structural and digital data obtained from the Elaziz Fortress bath is intended to contribute to the field by completing the unknowns in the literature.en_US
