dc.description.abstractCherubism is a benign, hereditary giant cell lesion of the jaws, that appears in children as a bilateral painless swellings, between the ages of 2 and 5 years and progress until puberty, when it spontaneously regresses. In this report, we present a hereditary case of cherubism with a review of the literature and discuss the radiologic characteristics of the condition. © 2003 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
