dc.description.abstractBu araştırma ile İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakasında bulunan ondört ilçedeki otuz Resmi Teknik ve Endüstri Meslek Liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin mobbinge maruz kalma algısının yaygınlığı, mobbinge maruz kalma algıları mobbingin çeşitli boyutlarında nasıl yoğunlaştığı ve maruz kaldıkları mobbingin tür ve sıklık algıları kişisel özelliklerine göre nasıl farklılaştığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma grubunu oluşturan 320 öğretmenden alınan verilere göre öğretmenler değişen tür ve yoğunluklarda mobbing davranışlarına maruz kaldıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğretmenler en çok mobbingin kendini gösterme ve iletişimi engelleme boyutuna en az ise doğrudan sağlığa saldırıda boyutuna maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Genellikle 31-50 yaş aralığında, 21 yıl ve üzeri hizmet süresi olan, görev yaptığı okuldaki hizmet süresi 1-10 yıl olan bekâr ve erkek öğretmenler bu davranışlara daha çok maruz kaldıkları algısına sahip görülüyorlar. Öğretmenler en çok “Konuştuğumda sözüm kesiliyor” davranışına maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Bu davranışı “Yapabileceğimin çok üzerinde işler veriliyor” davranışı takip etmektedir. Öğretmenler en az “Terfi zamanım geldiği halde geciktiriliyor/verilmiyor” davranışına maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Bu davranışı “Küfürlü veya aşağılayıcı kelimeler sarf ediliyor” davranışı takip etmektedir. Öğretmenler mobbing davranışlarına en çok ayda bir sonra haftada bir ve en son her gün maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Öğretmenler mobbingin farklı boyutlarındaki davranışlara ayda bir sıklığında daha fazla maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Bu sonuç ile birlikte öğretmenlere çok yoğun baskının yapılmadığı söylenebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out in thirty State Technical and Industrial Vocational High Schools in fourteen districts of Anatolian side in Istanbul to explore the frequency of the teachers’ perception of exposure to mobbing, how their perception of exposure to mobbing increases in various dimensions of mobbing, and how the type and frequency perceptions of mobbing they are exposed to differs according to personal characteristics. According to the data collected from 320 teachers who form the research group, the teachers stated that they were exposed to mobbing attitudes in changing forms and density. The teachers emphasized that they were mainly exposed to mobbing in terms of revealing itself and inhibiting communication, and also indicated that they were the least exposed to mobbing in terms of direct attacks to health. Teachers who are usually between 31 and 50 years old, served 21 years and more, served from 1 to 10 years in his/her school, single and males were more exposed to mobbing attitudes. Teachers stated that the most exposed mobbing attitudes is “I am not allowed to finish my words”. Following this attitudes is “I am assigned to do lots of job than I could do”. Teachers stated least exposed attitudes is “Even I’m eligible to promote, they are not granting it or they are postponing it”. Following this attitudes is “Abusive and insulting words are told” Teachers stated that they were exposed to mobbing attitudes the most once in month, later once in a week, lastly once in a day. Teachers stated that they were exposed to mobbing attitudes more than once in a month and in different forms. With this result, it can be said that teachers were not put pressure too much by school administration.en_US
