dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada özel eğitim personelinin nevrotiklik yapısı ile sosyal kaytarma davranışı arasında ilişki olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca nevrotiklik yapısının ve sosyal kaytarma davranışının, çalışanların demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. İstanbul Sultangazi’deki üç özel eğitim merkezinin 200 personeli bu araştırma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Bu kapsamda 200 gönüllüye anket uygulanmış ve 193 geçerli anket veri çalışmasında kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama amacıyla demografik bilgi formu, Eysenck Kişilik Anketi ve Algılanan Sosyal Kaytarma Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan özel eğitim personelinin nevrotiklik yapısının mezun olunan alan ve öğrenci sayısı ile ilişkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sosyal kaytarma davranışının da cinsiyet ve yaş değişkeni ile ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Genel olarak özel eğitim personelinin nevrotiklik yapısı ile sosyal kaytarma arasında pozitif yönde, düşük düzeyde ancak anlamlı olmayan bir ilişkisi olduğu ve nevrotiklik düzeyinin sosyal kaytarma davranışının yordayıcısı olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it has been analysed whether there is a relationship between the neuroticism structure of special education personnel and social loafing. In addition, whether the neuroticism and social loafing behaviour differ according to the demographic characteristics of the special education personnel was examined. 200 personnel of three special education centres in Istanbul Sultangazi district formed this research group.In this context, a questionnaire was applied to 200 volunteers and 193 valid questionnaires were used in the data study.İn order to collect data, demographic information form, Eysenck personality questionnaire and perceived scale of social loafing were used. It has been determined that the neuroticism of the special education personnel participating in the study is related to the area they graduated from and the number of students. Social loafing was also found to be related to gender and age variables. In general, a positive, low-level but insignificant relationship between the neuroticism structure of special education personnel and social loafing, and the neuroticism level were determined as the predictor of social loafing behavior.en_US
