dc.description.abstractFirmalar kurum içi verimliliği arttırmak için, kurum içindeki tüm birimleri tek bir kişi tarafından yönetilmesine karar vermektedirler. Bu yapıyı klasik yapıdan ayıran en temel fark, değerlendirmenin tüm birimleri kapsayacak şekilde yapılmasıdır. Tüm değerlendirmeler birimler üzerinden değil, tüm firma üzerinden yapılmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, toplam verimlilik adına oluşturulan bu yapıda Tedarik Zinciri Yöneticilerinin sorumluluk alanları belirlenerek genel hatları ile açıklanmıştır. Yöneticiler bu sorumlulukları yerine getirirken hangi yetkinliklere sahip olmaları gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Tedarik Zincirinde yöneticilik yapan yöneticiler ile yapılan anket çalışması ile yöneticilerin sorumluluk alanlarında hangi yetkinlikleri kullandıkları TZY görevyetkinlik matrisi anketi ile ortaya konulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is agreed to controll all entities by a unique person to increase efficinecy in a firm. The main distinction seperating this structure from classic structure is that evaluation is carried out including all entities. All evaluations are carried out over entire firm not over entities. In this study, Supply Chain Management is explained generally defining manager's responsibilities in the structure that is created to increase efficiency. Proeficiencies that manager should have is defined. It's expressed that which kind of proeficiencies are used by managers in their charge area by TZY duty-proeficiency matrix survey via survey made among Managers in Supply Chain Management.en_US
