dc.description.abstractWe present an interesting anomaly of the penis that includes macrophallus, chordee, penile hyperpigmentation, and preputium agenesis. Although no treatment was given, our patient represented a pattern that has not been described in the literature and that should be mentioned to urulogist and plastic surgeons.en_US
